Soy and Shallot Noodles is a classic Chinese dish with noodles tossed in a fragrant blend of seasoned soy sauce and shallot-infused oil. Our rich, savoury flavour offers a perfect balance of umami and sweetness.
Paired with knife-cut noodles – the Chinese classic, traditionally crafted by shaving the dough into thick, hearty ribbons, giving chewy texture and a unique wavy shape to capture the bold, aromatic sauce in each bite.

Seasoned Sauce for Noodles: INGREDIENTS: Soy Sauce 50% (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Wheat Flour), Sugar, Water, Colour (Plain Caramel), Flavouring (Soybeans), Salt, Flavour Enhancers (Monosodium Glutamate, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate), Modified Corn Starch, Stabiliser [Xanthan Gum (Soybeans, Wheat)].
