Returns & Refund Policy

Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from House of Dynasty. Please read the following carefully to understand when refunds or replacements may be offered.


1. Food Products

Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of food products once they have been dispatched and delivered, unless they are:

  • Damaged in transit,
  • Faulty or spoiled on arrival, or
  • Significantly different from the item ordered.

If you believe a food product is unsafe, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review your case and may offer a replacement, store credit or refund where appropriate.

2. Non-Food Items (e.g. Kitchenware)

For eligible non-food items, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition, and
  • In its original packaging, with any tags or seals intact.

Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide instructions. Unauthorised returns may not be processed.

3. Return Shipping

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or sent in error, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (if applicable), we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within approximately 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used food products
  • Products not purchased directly from House of Dynasty
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items, unless faulty
