📦 Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched with your tracking number (if applicable).

During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always notify you if there’s any delay.
