Refund policy

🧧 House of Dynasty Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from House of Dynasty.
Our products are carefully selected and packed with care, and we stand behind their quality.

Please read below for details on returns, refunds, and exchanges.


🍜 Perishable & Food Products

Due to hygiene and food-safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any edible items (including dried seafood, herbs, or other food products) once they have been dispatched — unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there’s an issue with your food order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, so we can investigate and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


🍶 Kitchenware & Non-Perishable Items

You may return unopened, unused kitchenware (such as rice cookers or utensils) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.


🔄 How to Request a Return

  1. Email support@houseofdynasty.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if damaged or defective).

  3. Once approved, we’ll send you instructions for returning your item.

Please do not return any products without contacting us first — we may not be able to process unapproved returns.


💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval and process your refund.

  • Refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care with every order, but if something arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Please contact us at support@houseofdynasty.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos of the packaging and product.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable or edible goods (including all dried food, herbs, or seafood)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

  • Opened or partially used items


💬 Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like to replace an item, please return it for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other UK consumer laws.
You have the right to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
