Cooking Method: 1) Blanch the lean pork, rinse and put aside. 2) Wash the rest of the ingredients and soak in water for a few minutes. 3) Put all ingredients into a pot with 2L water and boil for 2 hours in low heat. 4) Season with salt and serve hot.
